Tequila 1800 Silver is a white tequila, also called silver, as its name indicates, made from 100% blue agave. It is aged for 15 days in American oak barrels and then blended with older tequilas. It is produced by José Cuervo in Mexico.

Tasting notes

The color of 1800 Silver is pale yellow diamond. This tequila exudes aromas of agave, roasted bell pepper, black pepper and spices. The palate is smooth and balanced, with notes of sweet plum and roasted bell pepper. The finish is long, fruity and sweet.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. 1800 Silver
• 1 oz. watermelon juice
• ½ oz. lime juice
• ¼ oz. agave syrup
• Pinch of cilantro
• Champagne

Preparation

1. Add all ingredients except champagne to shaker.
2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
3. Double flute casting.
4. Top with champagne.
