What is El Espolón Reposado tequila?

Espolon Reposado is a tequila made from 100% blue weber agave. It is also aged for a minimum of 2 months in American oak barrels. It is a great drink to enjoy with friends. It can be drunk neat, with ice in a cocktail such as a Margarita.

It is a light tequila that has won awards such as the Gold Medal at the San Francisco World and Spirits Awards (2011) and Silver Medals at the same competition, 2016 edition and at the International Wine & Spirits Competition.

How to prepare the Spicy Margarita cocktail?

Ingredients:

• 45 ml of Espolon Reposado Tequila
• 15 ml of Ancho Reyes Green/Original
• 30 ml of lime juice.
• 10 ml of agave syrup.

Decoration:

• Rimmed the glass with sea salt and a lime wedge.

Preparation:

Shake the ingredients with lots of ice, strain twice into a coupette. Garnish with lime peel or lime wedge.
