🌵 Production Process

This exquisite artisanal tequila is produced by the family-owned Destilerías Sierra Unidas in Jalisco, Mexico 🇲🇽.

Master distiller Rodolfo González González produces the range of 100% Agave Sierra Milenario tequila using traditional methods.

The sun-drenched climate ☀️ and low rainfall in Jalisco allows the highland agaves to grow free of artificial fertilizers or industrial irrigation until they are harvested by hand.

🏺 Distillation and Maturation

Sierra Milenario Tequila Blanco, nicknamed “La Serpiente Creativa 🐍,” is distilled three times in traditional copper stills, giving it a clean, crisp and robust profile.

Triple distillation in copper tanks before hand bottling 🤲 makes this tequila especially smooth and refined.
