Mezcal Siete Misterios Barril is made with Barril/Karwinskii agave in Sola de Vega, Oaxaca. It has an alcoholic percentage of 47.65% and a volume of 70CL.

Milling is done with a wooden mallet in a sabino canoe, fermentation in sabino wood vats and distillation in two clay pots.

It offers an herbal aroma of fresh pine needles and citrus presence with lemon and orange peel, as well as delicate tones of cooked agave and herbal vapors. The palate is powerful and lingering, confirming spice, fruit and a roasted coffee and incense finish.
