Tequila Blanco El Espolón is a very well known drink that comes from the San Nicolás Distillery . It is an unaged white tequila made from 100% Weber blue agave.
History of El Espolón Blanco
The bottle label explains the history of contemporary Mexican origins. It represents the revolution led by Miguel Hidalgo, who led the people of Mexico to fight against the injustices of the Spanish laws in 1810. Every year, on September 16, Mexico celebrates Independence Day to commemorate this battle.
The El Espolón Blanco label is a tribute to the historic date. In it, the iconic rooster, Ramon, echoes the call, crying out to all those who rebel for good.

Ingredients:
- 60 ml of Espolon Blanco Tequila
- 15 ml lime juice
- 120 ml of pink grapefruit soda.

- Lime skin curl.

Mix in a tall glass with lots of ice, tequila and lime juice. Then add the pink grapefruit soda and stir the ingredients together. Garnish with the lime curl.
